From the moment we arrived, we were enamored by the stunning location of the hotel. Situated amidst picturesque surroundings, we were treated to breathtaking views from our comfortable bedroom and the balcony. the young man at the Reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. the breakfast spread was absolutely delightful, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day. the hotel provided us with an electric radiator to compensate for the slight inconvenience of a malfunctioning heating system.
There was a slight issue with the water heating in the shower, which took a bit longer than expected to warm up.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff, especially the young man at the reception, were very helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the balcony in my room offered a great view of the surroundings. It was comfortable and suitable for a group of friends traveling together.
Could not be improved in any way.

We recently enjoyed a romantic escape at a hotel in Karpacz. We appreciated the breathtaking view from our comfortable bedroom and the availability of a great balcony to admire it from. the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. the hotel's prime location made it easy for us to explore the charming local area and take in its exciting nightlife.
Towels were not provided, inconveniencing us and adding an unnecessary expense to our trip.

The view from the balcony was great and the breakfast was really good. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The room we were given was not what we expected. It was not very clean and had a bad smell.
